Landmark Resort

I liked the lounge in the living area and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was compact and fairly well equipped for a short stay. The view from our apartment was very good. The bathroom was nice, especially with a spa bath. The louvre door entry to each apartment was a great idea for security and ventilation.

I booked this to escape the effects of the East Coast Low for a couple of days ( I am a local), last minute decision as I saw the system closing in. I was called by Kelly maybe 25 min after I booked and was impressed by her attitude and friendliness. As I arrived It was pouring and I was glad to be welcomed in. Jumped into the elevator and a short walk to my room, well actually apartment. As soon as I opened the door I was smiling. The place smelled great, everything was clean and well laid out. On with the very good aircon and settled in to watch the bad weather :) The main room TV is good with streaming access, so my fave radio station was soon making the comfort level rise. There was a panasonic genius microwave amongst other fitments, I was pleasantly surprised to see a small modern dishwasher below this. All flickmixer taps throughout. A spa/shower combo ... NICE. Quality towels and washcloths Modern abstract decor. Even a frypan in the kitchen. Bed comfortable and great sheets, and more pillows and cushions than any demanding spouse could ever desire :) Very well soundproofed and such friendly staff. Very well equipped apartment. Absolutely enjoyed the time there watching the radar as the system battered the area. Totally recommended from a born and bred local.

The accommodation was perfect for our family trip. A well equipped kitchen and living room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and a good size balcony. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We stayed off-peak so there was ample onsite parking. Reception staff were very professional and welcoming. We had a very good dinner and drinks in the adjacent bowls club, just a short walk from the resort. The Nelson Bay area is beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The view from the balcony is overlooking the Nelson Bay beach is awesome. The staff is super friendly. The location is also ideal, it's only 10 minutes walk to Woolworths and city centre. The kids love the swimming pool.

I was pleasantly surprised with the Landmark . The view from my 2nd floor room was the only disappointment , although not a deal breaker , I could see the water although not expansive water views . The bed was comfortable , and the room was modern & very clean along with the exterior of the complex .
